How you earn
- 2% of the product value of every delivered order, before shipping and tax.
- Tier multipliers apply automatically — Gold earns 25% more, Platinum 50% more.
- Points are credited when your order is marked delivered, and appear in your ledger with the order number.
- Returned items reverse the points they earned. If the balance is already spent, the difference is deducted from the next credit.
How to spend
- Redeem from your cart: choose how many points to apply before checkout.
- 100 points is the minimum, and points can cover up to 20% of an order — the rest is paid normally.
- Each point is worth ₹1. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- The checkout total always recalculates on our servers, so a tampered page cannot change what you pay.
Fair use
Points are personal to your account. Creating multiple accounts to farm welcome credit, or repeatedly buying and returning the same item to earn points, is treated as misuse and the points are reversed. Manual adjustments by our team are always recorded with a reason in your ledger, and you can see every entry.
