Who we are

Paapanest Play & Learn Pvt Ltd is an Indian company registered in Karnataka with GSTIN 29ABCDE1234F1Z5. Our registered address is 38, Indiranagar 100ft Road, Bengaluru 560038.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Paapanest” refer to the company. “You” refers to the person placing the order.

Your account

• You sign in with a mobile number verified by a one-time code. Keep the number active — delivery updates are sent to it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address and phone number on your orders.
• Do not share your account with people who are not part of your household. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
• You may ask us to delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy. Orders that are still in transit must be completed first.

Products, prices and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and, unless stated otherwise, include GST at the rate shown on the product page. We work to keep prices and stock accurate, but the catalog is large — if an obvious pricing or stock error appears, we will contact you before dispatching and offer a full refund.

Payments are collected in the currency shown at checkout. We do not store card numbers; when card or UPI payments are enabled they are processed by the payment gateway and we only receive a reference.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — you will see the status change to “Confirmed” in Account → Orders and receive a confirmation message.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or abuse of promotions, if the delivery address cannot be served, or if a pricing error is material. In those cases any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Shipping and delivery

Dispatch usually happens within one working day. Orders over ₹999 ship free; below that a flat rate is added at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it where possible and report it within 48 hours so we can replace it quickly.

Returns and refunds

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalised items, opened hygiene-sensitive products and gift cards are not returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where the order was paid by cash on delivery, we transfer the amount to a bank or UPI account you nominate. Bank processing can take 5–7 working days after we approve the refund.

Coupons and loyalty points

• One coupon per order unless it is explicitly marked stackable. Coupon limits are enforced automatically and cannot be reset by support.
• Loyalty points are earned on the product value of delivered orders, exclude shipping and taxes, and expire 18 months after they are credited.
• Points and coupons have no cash value, are personal to your account, and may be withdrawn if we detect misuse such as creating accounts to farm sign-up credit.

Reviews and user content

You keep ownership of photos and videos you upload, and grant us a licence to display them with the product you reviewed. Reviews are published only for verified purchases, and we never edit the substance of a review — we only remove content that breaks the rules below.

We remove content that is unlawful, abusive, promotional spam, or unrelated to the product. You can report a review that you believe breaks these rules.

Liability

Our products are toys, not child-care devices. Always follow the age guidance and safety instructions on the product page and packaging, and supervise children during play.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed, and any material change is announced on the storefront.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a dispute with you directly first.
